Returns & Refund Policy

Customers can ask for replacement any product or ask for refund under certain conditions. All return and refund request must be made following Ghurpak Limited official customer support channel. Ghurpak.com holds the right to replace, refund or not to replace, refund customers based on its investigation as per company policy.

How to lodge a complaint or communicate for any issues: the customer has to email at ghurpaklimited@gmail.com regarding their issues vide Order ID or they can call us directly at “Customer Support Team” within 24 hours of receiving the product. Damaged Product

Customer has to verify the product during time of receiving from delivery officer. If any physical damage or condition found during receiving the product, he/she advice to contact with Ghurpak Customer Support over the phone directly or instantly send back the product for replacement to delivery officer. If that product is not available in Ghurpak stock, customer can choose any product worth the same value and get the replacement within standard delivery time. 

Mismatch of product

The customer must provide Ghurpak with images showing clearly the mismatch, and after all the verification we will arrange to pick the product up. All the labels/vouchers must be intact, if not; the item won’t be replaced or refunded in any way. If that product is not available in Ghurpak stock, customer can choose any product worth the same value and get the replacement within standard delivery time.

Missing pieces

In case of Missing pieces, follow the regular complain lodging process and wait for verification of Ghurpak customer support team. Upon successful verification Ghurpak will arrange to send the missing pieces following the standard delivery process.

Lost in Shipping
